Our Return Commitment

At KI2USE, we want every purchase to be a great one. If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed — not used, tried on outdoors, or laundered
  • Unaltered — no modifications, tailoring, or damage
  • In original packaging with all original tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Not eligible for return: Final Sale items, items showing signs of wear or washing, gift cards, and items returned after the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@ki2use.com within 30 days of delivery with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]." Include your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first receiving our instructions — unauthorized returns may experience delays.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item, manufacturing error, or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — KI2USE is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 additional business days after we initiate them, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges due to inventory fluctuations. To get a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. This ensures you get what you want while stock is available.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email contact@ki2use.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
How do I know my refund was processed?
We send a refund confirmation email once your return is approved. The credit will appear on your statement within 3–5 business days after we process it.
What if I received the wrong item?
Email contact@ki2use.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid label for the return.
